Our CBCT scanner creates a single 3D image from hundreds of single scans, all taken within seconds. If this reveals bone loss or gum disease, you’ll need to undergo required treatments. such as bone grafting, prior to your dental implant surgery. We use smile simulation technology to give you a sneak peek of the expected restoration outcome. You’ll walk out with a clear understanding of all the steps involved on your path to achieving a complete smile, including the estimated treatment cost, required down payment and other information specific to your plan.
Step 2: Implant Placement

Permanently Fix Your Bad Or Missing Teeth In A Single Visit
Dr. Landy uses the CHROME™ GuidedSMILE to transfer all surgical and restorative information to the final restorative conversion phase and guide every step in the process. The implant procedure involves making a small incision in your gums and placing the required number of implants underneath your gums in preplanned sites in your jaw bone. Fully guided surgery ensures precise and predictable placement. During this visit, you’ll receive a temporary set of teeth, crafted on-site from our 3D printer, that looks and feels natural.
Step 3: Healing and Follow-Up Visit
During a follow-up visit, Dr. Landy will check your progress to see if everything is healing properly and to ensure your gums are healthy around the implant sites. Osseointegration, the process by which dental implants fuse with your underlying bone, generally takes about three months. Complete fusion and healing depends on the location of the implants and the health of your jawbone.
